Lai Sun Garment (International) Limited (“Lai Sun Garment”) is the holding company of the Lai Sun Group and the shares of which had been listed on the Hong Kong stock exchange since 1972. Lai Sun Garment, the flagship of the Lai Sun Group, used to be engaged in the garment manufacturing and distribution business. It later developed and diversified into property development and investment in Hong Kong, the Mainland of China or overseas and hotel operation and management. Since 2000, the Lai Sun Group expanded its business to cover media and entertainment.
