Guangzhou Haizhu Plaza is located at Chang Di Main Road, Yuexiu District, Guangzhou along the Pearl River. The Group owns the entire interest in this project.

 

The proposed development has a GFA attributable to the Group of approximately 103,000 sq.m. and is intended to be developed into an office and commercial complex.
 

The Group has completed substantially most of the resettlement work of original occupants. However, due to recent change in government planning of the site, the Group is now in the process of negotiating the development plan with the city government.
