This joint residential development project is a 50:50 joint venture between the Group and the Funds managed by Invesco Real Estate Asia (a member of the Invesco Global Real Estate Group). It offers a total of 130 residential units with a total saleable gross floor area of 154,753 square feet, podium retail units with a total saleable gross floor area of 5,122 square feet and about 62 carparks for sale.
